The tennis courts are the exclusive use of Newtown Gate residents. Guests are permitted only if a resident is among those playing. Tennis courts are controlled by the Newtown Gate Master Association.
All residents must use the key to gain access to the tennis courts. The key Is available by completing the attached form and returning It with your $10.00 deposit to the address below. The tennis court will be locked at ALL times.
- Tennis may commence during daylight hours only.
- When players are waiting, play js limited to one hour only, on a first come, first serve basis. There are no advanced reservations. The “holding” or “saving” of courts Is expressly prohibited.
- Only residents In good standing of Newtown Gate Homeowners Association and their guests are permitted to use the tennis courts.
- Only tennis sneakers are permitted. Those found not wearing tennis sneakers will be asked to leave the courts.
- Only the playing of tennis Is permitted on the courts. Absolutely, no hockey. skateboards. bicycles, roller skates, radio-controlled cars. etc. are allowed on the courts. Anyone found violating this rule is subject to forfeiture of his/her rights to use the courts.
- Absolutely no food or alcoholic beverages are permitted on the tennis courts. Any person will be removed for loud, obnoxious, rude or otherwise inappropriate behavior.
- No pets are permitted on the tennis courts.
- Young children under the age of 12 musty be accompanied by an adult.
The Newtown Gate Homeowners Associates Board of Directors may suspend privileges of any person found to violate any of the above regulations and may Impose a fine for the violation.
