The 220 townhomes, which are spread out over 8 courts, were built between 1989 and 1993. The HOA Boards ensure the properties are maintained to the highest quality. Our walking trail can be used to maintain your exercise routine or it’s an easy walk to beautiful downtown historic Newtown.
