Hungry-Man Feeds The Hungry At 89th Annual Bucks County Fireman's ParadePosted on: 2009-06-10

Hungry-Man Frozen Dinners teams up with Philabundance—Philadelphia’s largest food bank and hunger relief organization—to bring the community together for food, fun and to feed the hungry at the 89th Annual Bucks County Fireman’s Parade. Parade-goers are invited to a feast provided by Hungry-Man where they will share a meal with local firefighters; a $2 minimum donation is suggested, and all proceeds from the event, which Hungry-Man will match, will go to Philabundance. Additionally, meet former Philadelphia Eagle Ike Reese, who will be on site from signing autographs and helping raise money; see nearly 100 fire trucks and fire department apparatus and over 750 firefighters who will be in attendance; attend the official donation check presentation to Philabundance on behalf of Hungry-Man Frozen Dinners; witness Mayor Dennis O’Brien as he honors the day as “Hungry-Man Feeds the Hungry Day”; and participate in all kinds of fun promotions including hourly prize giveaways of sports tickets, restaurant certificates and more!
